Yes, you can set background music on your children book. And what’s more, the background music would play when you open digital book.

Now following next steps:

Step1. You should find the "sound" button, then insert your background music.  

Step2. The sound should be enable And you can set the sound loops: Sets -1: Plays background music all the time. Sets N (N>0): Plays N times then stop. The background music would auto play when you open the digital book. You can set the sound loops by yourself. You can apply change to see the effect.

Lastly publish your vivid children book.
