I followed your steps to make a mobile version of my flash magazine, and I tried on my phone, that looks good. But one question, as the software called “Flip PDF”, I supposed the mobile version is a flip book too, but it slide when I tried. Can I make it also flips on mobile devices?

Yes, of course. There are two output templates of mobile version: slide and flip. You can choose both following the steps.
Step1: click options and choose “application options” to open the option dialog.

Step2: switch to “create mobile version” tab and choose the “single page flip” template.
Now your outputted mobile version book pages are in flip mode.
